They serve 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa including South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Namibia, Mayotte, Comoros, Botswana and Zambia.

The CCBA transformation program is delivering significant financial and operational outcomes, achieving significant recurring savings and working capital benefits. A corporate “PMO Control Centre” has been established to streamline communication, align strategic and tactical decisions with organizational goals, and provide real-time tracking of initiatives and KPIs. Mitigation plans ensure timely redirection of resources for underperforming projects, while collaboration and communication strategies foster cohesive teamwork. Quality assurance measures uphold high standards, and optimized resource utilization drive efficiency. By addressing organizational blockers and resetting the cost base, the program is building a resilient, future-proof business model, delivering material benefits each fiscal year and positioning the organization for sustained growth and success.
